A man was shot near the corner of Main Street and Hamilton Avenue in Poughkeepsie Saturday night, according to police.

Multiple shell casings were found on the street, and police say a man with a bullet wound to the arm was found on North White Street.

The victim was taken to the hospital with injuries that are not considered life-threatening.
