Police say they have the man who choked and robbed a woman in Hempstead.
Javone Ferguson, 20, was arrested at the Hempstead bus terminal Thursday.
According to police, it was the same spot where the Hempstead man choked the woman until she passed out last month.
When she came to, Ferguson allegedly punched her in the face and stole her purse.
He eventually ran off when the woman screamed.
Ferguson will be arraigned in today in Hempstead.
