Police: NJ man accused of leading police chase in Goshen that ended in crash

A New Jersey man is facing charges for leading police on a chase in the Village of Goshen that ended in a crash, according to authorities.
State police say they saw a 2012 Mazda speeding on Route 17 westbound on Sunday. That's when a trooper tried to pull the car over, but police say the driver took off.
Police say the driver lost control during the chase and hit a railroad tie, which totaled his car.
Justin Cedeno has been charged with reckless driving and fleeing an officer.
The 20-year-old was also issued 28 tickets.
