Authorities released new information Friday in an apparent Mother's Day murder-suicide in Wallkill involving an off-duty NYPD officer.
Police say the victim, 20-year-old Edward Wilkins, from Wurtsboro, was shot multiple times by Sean Armstead's service weapon. Armstead followed his wife and the victim to a hotel in Wallkill Sunday.
