All power has been restored in the Hudson Valley after thousands lost it during Thursday night's heavy rain.
Orange and Rockland Utility workers restored power to many of the 6,000 people who lost it Thursday night.
More than 2,100 of those outages were in Port Jervis, where streets flooded and left some people stranded in their cars.
News 12 spoke with one Port Jervis resident on Franklin Street, who still has several inches of water in his basement. He says at one point, it was flooded with as much as 18 inches of water.
Despite the significant flooding, nobody was hurt.
