A convicted rapist from Rockland County is heading back to prison.

County prosecutors say 49-year-old Eduardo Hernandez pleaded guilty to kidnapping a woman in Haverstraw last September.

He previously served 19 years for other prior kidnapping and rape convictions.

Hernandez will be sentenced for his latest case in June.

He faces 14 years in prison this time.
