The Putnam Valley girls’ basketball team, the Lady Tigers, have their eyes set on a run at the state championship.

It comes a year after the team reached the Class B Final Four for the first time in program history.

With most of their starters back, they went 19-1 and earned a top seed in the section playoffs. They expect another run into late March.
