Skeletal remains found in a drained Orange County swamp belong to a man who has been missing since 1976, according to state police.
Authorities say Mikolai Celesz’s remains were discovered off Woods Road in Greenville in 1991.
Officials say the missing man may have lived in Port Jervis.
Anyone with additional information is urged to call police.
