People flocked to a warehouse in Yorktown Heights on Friday for a chance to shop for gorgeous Christopher Radko ornaments at warehouse prices.

“I don't know if this is going to be a gift or it's going to be myself," said customer Lorraine Daly.

“I thought they were all going to be Christmas-themed, but I saw a Thanksgiving turkey so that's kind of hilarious,” said Julie Eltaher.

“Nobody in the world makes them like he designs them, he is the czar of Christmas,” said collector Joann Volpe.

And these are ornaments you will not find anywhere. Every ornament comes straight from Europe. They are handmade, they are mouth-blown, with intricate detail. Each ornament takes seven days to make.

Customers say this is a very special experience.

Christopher says he gets all his artistic inspiration from champagne.

There will be another opportunity to shop for Radko's ornaments on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 2651 Strang Ave. Suite 170 East in Yorktown Heights.
