Sentencing delayed for Bronx man convicted in deadly Yonkers shooting

The sentencing of a Bronx man for a deadly shooting in Yonkers is being put off until August.
The defendant, Alexis Rose, fired his public defender.
Rose was convicted of shooting Shaun Hutchinson, from Pennsylvania, in the hallway of a Warburton Avenue apartment in March 2021.
Hutchinson was helping his son and Rose's ex-girlfriend move out at the time.
Rose faces 25 years to life in prison.
