Slain Putnam student honored at SUNY Potsdam graduation

SUNY Potsdam is posthumously awarding her with her Bachelor of Music Degree.

SUNY Potsdam is celebrating the class of 2022 and honoring slain Putnam resident Elizabeth Howell.
Howell was shot and killed in February outside of the school campus.
SUNY Potsdam is posthumously awarding her with her Bachelor of Music Degree. Her family will be accepting it in her memory. 
 Michael Snow has been charged with her murder. He has pleaded not guilty. 
No motive for the shooting has been released.
