Temporary COVID-19 pandemic SNAP Benefits came to an end Tuesday dropping the minimum to $23 a month, but New Jersey residents will be getting more.

Gov. Phil Murphy signed a bill that would ensure households get at least $95 going forward. If a household is approved for less than $95 in monthly payments, they will receive their regular federal benefit plus an additional state supplement to bring them to this new minimum.
