Some struggle to apply to get COVID-19 vaccination as over 75 crowd becomes eligible

People over 75 years old now have the green light to make their COVID-19 vaccination appointments, but that doesn't necessarily mean they're able to.
As of Monday, 77-year-old Helene Orce is eligible. She spent the day calling local sites that could potentially give it to her.
She says she even tried to call her regular doctor, who hasn't gotten back to her. Orce also tried to apply on the state's website and call the state hotline.
The Town of Greenburgh is stepping up to help by gathering a group of volunteers to call people, get their information, and apply for them.
Local officials say they're concerned that, with the process being so confusing, many might just give up and not get the vaccine at all.
