Sources tell News 12's Tara Rosenblum that Andrew Cuomo's family is "solidly on board" and that the former governor is moving forward with his plans to run for New York City mayor.
Cuomo's decision to run was first reported by Rosenblum last week.
An official announcement could come as soon as Sunday.
