Frost and freeze alerts are out this morning across the Hudson Valley. Some areas could start the day with temps around 30 degrees.

Breezy winds will pick up later this afternoon and we'll stay rather breezy to windy for Wednesday.

Expect cloud cover to gradually build through the day Wednesday with most locations staying dry.

A large storm system will bring rounds of rain overnight Wednesday into Thursday morning. Gusty winds are also possible to get towards 20-40 MPH.

Coastal flooding could be an issue along the Long Island Sound border with Westchester County.

A chance of localized flooding is low but still possible across much of the region.

The system clears out Halloween morning with showers lingering. They will fade with breezy winds to linger through the day.
