Study: People who exercise in the morning lose more weight

A recent study has found when people exercise in the morning, they lose more weight.
Researchers found the best time of day to exercise is between 7 and 9 a.m. People who work out during those times tend to lose more weight than those who exercised during the day and at night.
The study was conducted with over 5,000 people and found that results were the same regardless of sex, ethnicity or sedentary behavior.
