Suspended Clarkstown chief found guilty of misconduct

A hearing officer has ruled that suspended Clarkstown Police Chief Michael Sullivan is guilty of misconduct.
Sullivan was suspended in July last year. He was accused of intentionally deleting data from his cellphone while the subject of administrative charges.
Sullivan's lawyer says they are not surprised by the decision, but claim "the recommendations are unsupportable and would not survive judicial review."
