Finnegan's Grill in Thornwood calls itself a family friendly place, but following the fatal shooting of Pace University student and athlete Danroy Henry, some are calling for greater scrutiny of the establishment.
Even before the shooting incident that happened outside the bar last week, police had been called there multiple times to deal with fights.
Some have called into question what Henry was doing there, how he was let into the bar and how he may have procured alcohol, since he was only 20 years old.
A Facebook message sent out before the incident allegedly encouraged everyone to come out to the bar since the bouncer was a fellow Pace football player.
