Renowned actor Tony Darrow, recognized for his roles in "Gravesend," "Goodfellas," and "The Sopranos," is currently filming for a new YouTube series titled "The Jailhouse Jerky Crew" in the Rockland area.
The series revolves around a storyline featuring a group of wise guys unexpectedly coming into possession of truckloads of beef jerky. Filming commenced at the Sons of Italy Lodge in Blauvelt, with News 12 covering the first scene shoot.
Directed by actor and local filmmaker Paul Borghese, the narrative is anticipated to blend elements of crime drama with comedy, promising an intriguing storyline in this short-form episodic YouTube series.
