A traffic alert in Orange County as New York state is adding work zone speed cameras to I-84.

The cameras are being installed as work gets underway on the east-bound side of the interstate between Exits 19 and 28.

The speed cameras will only be on when workers are in the area.

If you are caught speeding, it is just a warning.

But come May, you could be fined as much as $100.
