Walk ALS Westchester took place at Manhattanville University on Saturday.

The 22nd annual walk was hosted by ALS United Greater New York.

Organizers said they put it together to raise awareness and money for ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease.

They estimated that about 600 people attended the walk, raising $100,000 for the cause.
