WEATHER TO WATCH: Wet weather looms after Presidents’ Day sunshine in the Hudson Valley

Presidents' Day is expected to be pleasant and sunny, but Tuesday is looking to be a washout in the Hudson Valley.

Presidents' Day is expected to be pleasant and sunny, but Tuesday is looking to be a washout in the Hudson Valley.
Monday will see highs in the 50s.
News 12 meteorologists say that Tuesday will be cloudy with rain showers, starting off light in the morning before becoming steady for the afternoon and evening.
Highs will be in the mid-50s. Wind gusts can reach up to 40 mph during the evening.
Wednesday is expected to have highs in the mid-60s before temperatures drop back down to the upper-30s on Thursday.
PRESIDENTS' DAY:  Mostly sunny daytime becoming cloudy in the evening. Light winds. Highs near 48. Lows near 33.
TUESDAY WEATHER TO WATCH: Mostly cloudy, breezy with some rain showers, during the afternoon. Gusts could reach as high as 25MPH in the afternoon. Highs up to 54. Overnight lows stay mild near 47.
WEDNESDAYMild midweek day under mostly cloudy skies. Rain showers possible in the morning. Highs near 60! Lows crash to 30.
THURSDAY WEATHER TO WATCH: Cold temperatures swing again with a snow then rain. Timing details, impacts still TBD. More to come in the next couple days. Highs around 37. Lows near 30.
FRIDAY WEATHER TO WATCH: Mixed showers continue. The day ends on a drier note. More details to come. Highs near 40. Lows near 22.
