A New Rochelle father and son are facing multiple felony charges for allegedly menacing two people.
The Westchester District Attorney says 47-year-old Donald Thomas and 25-year-old Sincere Thomas were arraigned on Tuesday.
Court documents say they targeted both Donald’s partner and his neighbor.
It stems from a dispute with the neighbor back in January, when Donald reportedly punched his partner and pulled a knife on his neighbor.
According to investigators, Donald then allegedly carried out a series of violent actions, including attempting to slash the neighbor with a machete and pulling a gun on his partner.
Prosecutors say this incident happened in front of a child.
Donald is said to have enlisted his son – Sincere - to assist in the menacing.
Documents also show that he used a machete and a knife to target the neighbor and his father’s partner.
Both men pleaded not guilty.
They are due back in court next month.
