Police say Bruce Manning, 69, sent anonymous letters to the victims' homes, causing concern to the recipients.
Officials didn't go into exact details of what was written, but they are calling this incident “Dear Delusional Anonymous Letters.”
Manning was charged with seven counts of harassment. He was arrested Thursday and released ahead of a court appearance in Westwood on Feb. 12. Police say it’s possible additional charges may be filed.
