A White Plains man has been acquitted in an assault case stemming from a fight on a bike path.

Dmitriy Nazaryev, 47, was accused of punching a woman during the August incident.

He was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.

The Westchester County District Attorney's Office confirmed he was acquitted last month.
