A witness shared video with News 12 of police arresting a man outside the Fresh Market in Nyack on Thursday.

Orangetown police say they were called there for a disorderly, intoxicated man. Police say they found 34-year-old Ivan Salazar-Perez with an open beer can. The man was seen with a bloody face. They say when they tried to give him a ticket, he became combative. He was taken to the hospital for treatment. Salazar-Perez faces several charges, including resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and violating a village ordinance for the open beer in public.
