If you're having trouble staying awake at work right now, you're not alone.
A new study shows that most people are exhausted at work, with 80 percent of people saying they feel tired almost every single day. The report also states that one in every six people admitted to falling asleep on the job at least once a week.
The survey was conducted by the Virgin Pulse, an employee-based wellness company based in Massachusetts. It's trying to remind everyone to get more shut eye for better job performance.
Most Bronx residents say they're among the sleepy workers. Some even admitted to dozing off or taking naps during their lunch breaks.
