Two men are now facing federal charges after a road rage incident on the Saw Mill River Parkway and the discovery of two guns.
Westchester County police say two drivers were exchanging words at the traffic light at Lawrence Street in Yonkers on Monday morning, and a passenger in one of the vehicles pointed a gun at the other driver.
They say the victim sped off and dialed 911, and the suspects followed.
When police tried to pull them over, they attempted to flee, ultimately crashing into a guardrail at Exit 25 in Hawthorne.
Police arrested two suspects.  Both are prior convicted felons having served time for violent crimes, with one on parole. During the investigation, officers found a gun with extended magazines and a ghost gun with a green laser attached.
The FBI is now pursuing criminal charges.
