2 people face charges in connection to fentanyl sales in Sullivan County

Police say they found heroin, fentanyl, crack cocaine, plastic knuckles and about $7,000 in cash.

Two people are facing charges after allegedly selling fentanyl in Sullivan County.
The county sheriff's office says its narcotics unit executed a search warrant in a room at the Lux Hotel on Jefferson Street in Monticello Thursday.
Police say they found heroin, fentanyl, crack cocaine, plastic knuckles and about $7,000 in cash.
Alatunjae Roy was charged with several counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell
He is also charged with criminal possession of a weapon and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
Roy was arraigned before the town of Thompson court and released. He is set to appear in the Village of Monticello court at a later date.
Nicolle Burns was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released and is set to appear in court.
