A new dining experience with an award-winning chef is now open in Nassau County.
The Comet Club, located inside The Vanderbilt on Corporate Drive in Westbury, officially started serving up dishes on Apr. 13.
Designed with a nod to both the Gilded Age in New York and 1920s-era Havana, the restaurant promises old-world glamour and new-world flavor.
Patrons will enjoy cuisine from two-time James Beard Award nominee, Chef Jesse Schenker, and the team behind Lush Life Hospitality Group.
The space includes a 12-seat bar and piano lounge, a substantial dining room, private rooms and an outdoor patio.
The club is open seven days a week with bar service starting at 4 p.m. and dining beginning at 5 p.m.
