Drivers in two Bronx neighborhoods are experiencing some smoother roads, after a News 12 story.
Last month, a resident contacted News 12 about 20 blocks in Melrose and Morrisania that had been graded by the DOT, but never repaved.
The viewer said the rugged roads were damaging cars and needed help getting the city to finally fix it.
After News 12 ran a story on the problem, the DOT repaved the streets, and now it's smoother sailing from East 156th Street and Cauldwell Avenue to East 163rd Street at Tinton Avenue.
