Anita's Grocery Deli in Putnam Valley held its grand opening earlier this week.
The store offers a selection of American, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian food.
Putnam County Legislator Bill Gouldman made a trip to the business to welcome it to the community.
The store is located on Peekskill Hollow Road.
