Bedford police officers locate owners of wandering donkeys
Police say they named the donkeys after Officers Williams and Leone because they found and cared for the animals.

have tracked down the owners of two donkeys that recently went missing.
Officers found the
animals wandering on Pound Ridge Road on Friday.
The owners picked the
donkeys up Saturday morning.
Police say they named
the donkeys after Officers Williams and Leone because they found and cared for
the animals. The police department posted pictures of their encounter on
Facebook.
