Brewster students are resuming their classes this morning after an alarm scare in the community.
According to reports, an alarm was accidentally triggered yesterday morning, prompting a response from the State Police and the Putnam County Sheriff's Office.
As a precautionary measure, a sweep of all school buildings was conducted.
Authorities have confirmed that no threat exists at this time, providing assurance to students and staff as they return to their regular schedules.
