Members of a choir could be seen singing at Seaside Park in Bridgeport determined not to let Saturday's hot weather diminish their rejoicing.
"We love the heat, but we are very careful to provide everyone with plenty of liquids so they can stay safe and hydrated," said Kenneth Perez, who heads up the Darien church the singers represent.
"Safety is rule one," Perez said.
