Three generations of a Bronx family are banding together to find a missing elderly father.
The NYPD issued a Silver Alert for Victor Salazar, who was last seen near East 68th Street and York Avenue in Manhattan Saturday. Loved ones say he was visiting his wife at a hospital and likely got lost on his way back home.
Police say the 73-year-old is taking medication that could make him disoriented or experience memory loss. He is believed to have been traveling on the subway, and does not speak English well.
Family members spent the rest of the weekend distributing missing person fliers, which led to multiple reports of possible sightings.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-557-TIPS
