2h agoCroton-on-Hudson pays tribute to a community stalwart by naming the corner of "1 Old Post Road North" and "Grand Street" as "Dr. Greg Schmidt Way."
The designation honors Dr. Greg Schmidt, who served the village as a trustee for three terms and as mayor for three terms.
Dr. Schmidt is acknowledged for organizing numerous charitable events and spearheading Croton's Summerfest for the past 32 years.
