A man from Connecticut was arrested for burglarizing several apartments in Greenburgh.
Greenburgh police detectives say the suspect, David Durlach, entered several apartments in an elderly residential facility between Oct. 2 and Nov. 30.
Durlach allegedly stole property, including negotiable instruments and motor vehicles, according to investigators.
A negotiable instrument is a signed document that promises an amount to be paid to a specified person, like a check.
Durlach was charged with burglary, identity theft and grand larceny.
He is being held pending arraignment.
