New housing and infrastructure projects are coming to the Hudson Valley.

Gov. Hochul was in Yonkers today to announce a new initiative using $127 million to create a projected 10,000 units of housing across the region.

• More than $7 million will create housing in Yonkers through the new Bridgewater North development project.

• $10 million

  is going to infrastructure improvements at a former hospital site in Port Chester.

• New Rochelle is getting $5 million for a new condo with more than a hundred affordable units.

• Northeast Ramapo is receiving $10 million for sewer and water infrastructure upgrades.

• Kingston is turning an abandoned Quality Inn into housing for people at risk of homelessness.
