A Dutchess County man is in custody after police say he burglarized a family member’s home in Rhinebeck and took several items.
State police responded Saturday to a report of unauthorized use of a vehicle. They located the vehicle — and the suspect, Isaac Iselin of Hyde Park — on East Market Street.
Investigators determined Iselin had burglarized the home.
He is charged with burglary in the second degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree and grand larceny. He is being held in the Dutchess County Justice and Transition Center.
