Iona Prep confirmed to News 12 one of their students was involved in a stabbing incident in White Plains that left a 17-year-old injured earlier this month.

Police say it happened in the parking lot of the Mobil gas station on Mamaroneck and Rosedale avenues after a house party on April 5.

The 17-year-old victim was taken to a hospital after being stabbed in the chest with a sharp object. Due to the suspect's age, his name is not being released.
