Jewish families across Connecticut and around the world will gather from Saturday, April 12 to April 19 to celebrate Passover.
It is the Jewish holiday celebrating the exodus from Egypt more than 3,000 years ago.
Rye Ridge Deli in Stamford is prepping for the celebration by stocking up on many of the traditional dishes, such as matzah ball soup, brisket, potato pancakes and gefilte fish.
Workers say the deli started getting busy Thursday. They expect Saturday to be their busiest day.
