Jury sends HV man to jail for 13 years in torture case

A man was sentenced to 13 years behind bars Tuesday for the torture and attempted rape of an ex-girlfriend. Rafael Rodriguez, 24, was found guilty of attempted rape, sexual abuse and unlawful imprisonment
