An Orange County man has been formally charged with second-degree murder for allegedly stabbing his wife to death.
Police say Junco Camper Salters was stabbed multiple times in the chest by her husband, Leonard Salters.
She was found inside the apartment they shared in Highland Falls June 20.
Leonard Salters was later found injured in New Jersey after allegedly crashing his car.
