A Virginia man has been indicted for the murder of New Rochelle cab driver Andres Valenzuela.
Purcell Ross, 52, is accused of shooting Valenzuela in a parking lot when he was finishing up his shift.
Ross was arrested a few days later following a shootout in Brooklyn.
He is facing several charges now -- including first and second degree murder and robbery.
