Multimillion-dollar upgrades are in the works for Sullivan County International Airport.
There are plans to replace the original 55-year-old terminal with a new 15,000-square-foot building.
The terminal will have natural lighting, a restaurant and bar area with outdoor dining. A pilot's lounge is also among other amenities.
The project will cost $23 million and will open about 260 jobs.
The work is expected to be completed by next spring.
