A New Rochelle man is facing several charges after allegedly stealing $20,000 in handbags in Greenwich, Connecticut.

Police say 46-year-old Allen Nance and two other accomplices stole the merchandise on Wednesday.

Investigators believe it was part of a professional crime ring to resell the high-value goods on the internet.

Nance was charged with crimes including first-degree larceny and released on $2,500 bond.
