New York positivity rate tops 16%, Mid-Hudson at 11.55%

The latest numbers show the Mid-Hudson region has a seven day positivity rate average of 11.55%.

The COVID-19 virus continues to rage across the nation and in particular, in New York where the positivity rate has shot over 16%.
The latest numbers show the Mid-Hudson region has a seven day positivity rate average of 11.55%.
It's the fourth highest positivity rate in the state with Long Island topping the list.
Westchester County is also seeing a surge in new cases.
It's the only county in our area to report over 1,000 new daily infections on Sunday.
Sadly, 12 new deaths were reported in the Hudson Valley.
