A Newburgh medical practice accused of violating the False Claims Act will be paying a $600,000 settlement.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Orange Medical Care admitted to giving fake claims to Medicare and Medicaid for services that didn't involve the doctors written on the forms.

Orange Medical Care agreed to the settlement over the weekend.
