Overturned truck cleared from Gov. Mario M. Cuomo Bridge, all lanes reopen

It's not clear right now whether road conditions caused the accident or what the condition of the driver is.

An overturned truck blocked a couple of southbound lanes about mid-span on the Gov. Mario M. Cuomo Bridge this morning.
State police say it happened around 1:30 a.m.  Officials say there was a small diesel spill, which prompted a call to the to the DEC for cleanup. 
The truck has since been turned upright and cleared from the bridge. All lanes are reopen.
Roads have a slight blanket of sticky snow right now, and there is a 45 mph speed restriction on the bridge in both directions because of the slippery conditions.
